If you decide that hearing instruments are not proving to be of benefit, then simply return them to us and your money will be refunded in full, less a consultation fee of £100.
This is to cover the initial consultation, review appointments and administration costs. Please note this is charged per customer, not per hearing aid and you are not charged more than once, even if you try more than one instrument.
