Evelyne Plotnicky Javan
Evelyne joined us in 2009 and brings with her a wealth of experience from within the hearing aid industry, along with impeccable customer service skills. She finds her career very rewarding and fascinating because of the continuous advancements in technology.
Evelyne is passionate about providing outstanding customer service: "it is truly rewarding when you have helped a client and their close ones to improve their quality of life."
Evelyne would welcome the opportunity to meet you in York, Bridlington, Filey or Driffield and provide you with some good old fashioned advice about your hearing and the technology available to you.
Lorraine, Ann & Donna
Lorraine, Ann & Donna are dedicated to keeping Neil organised by managing the reception desks in each centre, carrying out customer service duties and cleans and checks on hearing aids on a day to day basis.
Lorraine started working with hearing aids when she left school in 1979, at a company called F.C.Milnes. This is also where she first met Ron Barnett, the founder of Ebor Hearing, who she then joined, when he decided to open the independent Hearing Aid Centre in the historic city of York. She then stayed on when Derek took over the practice in 1995 and is now in her 3rd decade of service to hearing aid wearers!
